...the School Bus. In Bologna, some days ago.

A beautiful Primary School in Bologna.

That day I was waiting  for the end of the school assembly. It was great to sketch outside in that warm and pleasant day of September.

Pienza

Pienza, Tuscany, is a truly beautiful small town. Wonderful atmosphere, good food and wine, excellent 'Pecorino' cheese, and enchanting main door to sketch!

Some time ago I went to Rimini by car for a sketching day. After the first stop I found car battery had gone flat!  This was sketched while I was waiting for the mechanic rescue!!

At 8.00 a.m. the School bus had just left so I had some time to sketch a not yet jammed ring road.

Venice

Even if this is absolutely not the best season to sketch in Venice - there are too much humidity and too much cold both getting stuck to your bones - I couldn't resist the unique atmosphere of the place.

While waiting for...

...the school bus at about five p.m.. This is a stretch of Bologna ring road. The ancient centre of the city extends on the right of the way.

Colours were added later.
